Description

The ABIS and related applications must:

- have a minimum capacity to manage between 3 to 4 million records
- have been evaluated on the last fingerprint vendor technology evaluation in 2012
- be able to store 10 fingerprints per elector and 2 slaps
- be able to provide functions including minutia extraction, quality checks, cross-matching deduplication and storage of compressed fingerprint images
- support a minimum of 5 facial images per person
