The Communauté d'agglomération Grand Paris Sud has launched the complete renovation of the Les Arènes facility in Evry-Courcouronnes. The works started in January 2019 and will be delivered in the first half of 2024.Les Arènes mainly comprises a completely renovated 3,000-seat event hall. It is ideally located in the heart of Evry-Courcouronnes, adjacent to the shopping center, Scène Nationale de l'Essonne, swimming pool, media library, ice rink and cinemas. With the Evry Centre RER D station just 500 meters away, the Tram T12 to Massy (delivery in progress) and the RER C, the site is easily accessible, with over 2,500 parking spaces less than 500 meters away.When completed in the first half of 2024, Les Arènes will have all the additional space required to host all kinds of events, including a 1,300-square-meter seating area and a 400-square-meter modular stage, fixed and retractable bleachers, all the technical and public reception areas, and a state-of-the-art VDI system.A presentation file for the hall is available on request from CA GPS, as described in the present notice. CA GPS reserves the right to add to the documentation throughout the consultation period, and candidates are therefore invited to consult the information file regularly. The proposed occupancy must fit in with the facility's overall programming and lead to the organization of an average of ten esport events per year. The facility's programming, management and operation will continue to be the responsibility of the facility's management, under the authority of CA GPS. The occupancy right will not confer on the occupier the status of a public service delegate. Furthermore, the right of occupancy will not give the occupier any real rights over the conceded assets.
