Description

Frogn Municipality would like to procure audit services with effect from 1 July 2023.The contest is for the delivery of audit assignments for Frogn Municipality as well as associated entities in accordance with the Act from 22 June 2018 no. 83 on municipalities and counties [the Local Government Act] and accompanying regulations and other prevailing legislation, including guidelines and standards for the audit work.The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. Historically, the contracting authority has bought audit services and performance audit services for approx. NOK 350,000 and NOK 450,000 excluding VAT per annum in the last 4 years, respectively. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.See the procurement documents for further information.
Lots/groupsThe Municipal Council in Frogn has asked the control committee to outsource the audit assignments accounting audit and performance audit /ownership control separately.Tenders can therefore be submitted for one or both groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for individual groups, nor alternative tenders.Group 1: Accounting audit serviceGroup 2: Performance audit service and ownership controlContractFrogn Municipality The selection of provider(s) is scheduled to 27.03.2023The procurement will be governed by the attached agreement, SSA-O [the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Services].The contract will be valid from and including 2023-07-01 until and including 2025-06-30, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 24 months at a time.The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer for each service in groups 1 and 2.The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
