Information systems project management and project management assistance strategy, expertise and urbanization of information systems: - in cross-functional areas (working environment, decision-making information system, archiving, asset management, data management and enhancement...),- in the following sectors: tourism, geographical information system, finance, human resources, roads and transport, vocational training, export, education...... and in general in all the fields of competence of an overseas region. b) analysis and formalization of functional needs; c) establishment of process reference systems; d) animation of the general and detailed design phases; e) preparation and assistance with acceptance; f) user training. Organizational and process engineering consulting: the incumbent performs the following tasks:a) organizational and functional audits;b) risk management and control;c) process modeling and drafting of procedures and work instructions;d) indicators, methods meeting performance challenges, in particular control and improvement of services rendered, optimization of resources and operating modes;e) transfer of engineering / skills;f) training plan;g) deployment strategy required skills: process modeling. Digital transformation - leadership and change management: the incumbent is responsible for the following missions: (a) change management and team mobilization actions; (b) support for digital transformation and managerial innovation; (c) support for the implementation of public service modernization projects; (d) communication strategy skills required: change management and innovative managerial practices. The incumbent shall ensure the provision of services related to the security and protection of personal data of a project and/or an information system and shall respond to the following themes:a) governance of information security and personal data protection;b) technical and organisational security expertise;c) support for the integration of security and personal data protection into a project;d) certification to the general security reference system;(e) security architecture audit; (f) security configuration audit; (g) source code audit; (h) flow technical audit; (i) internal and external intrusion tests; (j) forensic analysis; (k) data protection impact assessment; (i) privacy impact assessment; (m) training and awareness raising.
