Description

As part of the contract performance, based on the documents provided by the Ordering Party, taking into account the requirements for the subject matter of the contract as specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (SOPZ or OPZ - appendix no. 1 to SWZ) and the Projected Provisions of the Contract (PPU - appendix no. 2 to SWZ), the Contractor is obliged to deliver, install and start up the 3D Motion Capture System within the framework of the Comics and Narration Centre, together with necessary room adaptation and conducting of staff training within the scope specified in SOPZ.
As part of the contract, on the basis of the documents provided by the Ordering Party, taking into account the requirements for the subject matter of the contract specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (SOPZ or OPZ - appendix no. 1 to the SWZ) and the Projected Provisions of the Contract (PPU - appendix no. 2 to the SWZ), the Contractor is obliged to deliver, install and commission the 3D Motion Capture System (Motion Capture) within the framework of the Comics and Narration Centre, together with necessary room adaptation and conducting of staff training within the scope presented in the SOPZ.As part of the order, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to:1) deliver the 3D motion capture system (Motion Capture);2) perform the assembly and finishing works necessary for the proper installation and commissioning of all elements delivered as part of the order; 3) wire all devices necessary for the operation of the system;4) integrate the MOCAP system with other systems for the postproduction of images from vector-point graphic files (e.g. game track, video postproduction room, etc.);5) deliver all software necessary for the postproduction of images from vector-point graphic files (e.g. video production room, video production room, etc.);6) install the MOCAP system5) delivery of all software necessary for the proper start-up and operation of the supplied equipment together with the launching of this software (in particular the operating system, drivers, programs fulfilling the functions indicated in the SOPZ, etc.);6) obtaining all functionalities described in the SOPZ, in particular ensuring that the complete set allows for the simultaneous recording of a minimum of 3 people in the active field with dimensions of 6 by 6 meters (the room as a whole has dimensions of 6 by 10 meters). The supplied solution must allow for automation of data capture and pre-visualization in real time. 7) Mounting of cameras on a substructure to be delivered and mounted. The complete solution must be based on cameras placed in space;8) granting appropriate licenses for all delivered elements of the subject matter of the Agreement requiring a license transfer;9) delivery and implementation of the content described in the SOPZ in the form of backgrounds and avatars;10) disassembly and reassembly of the existing elements of the fire protection system and other telecommunication elements, in particular fire detection detectors and light signaling devices of detector activation and VAS loudspeakers), as well as emergency and evacuation lighting (if any), if necessary;11) provision of warranty and guarantee services on the terms provided in the Agreement;12) training of the Ordering Party's personnel, in accordance with § 6 of the draft provisions of the Agreement.
