Description

The contract concerns voluntary sales by public auction of goods contained in undeliverable and unclaimed postal items owned by La Poste. The goods concerned by lot 1 are valuable or rare objects requiring in-depth expertise and authentication, such as alcohol bottles, perfumes, musical instruments, works of art, collectibles, fashion items, etc. As an indication, this represents approximately 2,400 lots per year. The services include: - the valuation and authentication of the goods for sale, - the storage of the goods for sale, - the estimation of the value of the goods, - the organisation and conduct of voluntary sales by public auction, including by electronic means (indoor sale, online sale, etc.), - the dispatch and delivery of the goods to purchasers. The contract concerns voluntary sales by public auction of goods contained in undeliverable and unclaimed postal items owned by La Poste. The goods concerned by lot 2 are common products sold by the cubic metre, such as clothing, household linen, books, sports equipment, cosmetics, games, CDs and DVDs, etc. As an indication, this represents approximately 1,050 lots per year. The services include: - the storage of goods for sale, - the valuation and estimation of the value of the goods, - the organisation and realisation of sales of the goods, including by electronic means (door-to-door sales, online sales, etc.), - the dispatch and delivery of the goods to purchasers. The contract concerns voluntary sales by public auction of goods contained in undeliverable and unclaimed postal items owned by La Poste. The goods concerned by lot 3 are common retail products, such as household appliances, audio/video and HI-FI equipment, computer equipment, mobile phones, photographic equipment, etc. As an indication, this represents about 5,000 lots per year. The services include: - the storage of goods for sale, - the valuation and estimation of the value of the goods, - the organisation of the sale of the goods, including by electronic means (door-to-door sales, online sales, etc.), - the dispatch and delivery of the goods to purchasers.
