Description
The University of Texas at San Antonio (“UTSA”) is soliciting proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified vendors to provide complete services as identified in Section 5, to include but not limited to provide (i) certain Athletic Products for use by the Athletic Department’s Team Programs; and (ii) consideration to the University in exchange for certain exclusivity rights and certain sponsorship and licensing rights provided by University to Contractor.
