At the Potsdam sports and leisure pool, morbid plaster areas of enclosing/parapet walls (forecourt, entrance) and other exterior wall areas (entrance area to underground car park, Leipziger Str.) are to be renewed.For this purpose, hollow plaster areas are to be repelled in partial areas, corroded plaster rails are to be removed, existing plaster surfaces are to be cleaned using the steam jet method, dummy/movement joints are to be formed, hollow parapet covers made of cast stone are to be newly laid, levelling plaster and a top coat of fine scratch plaster are to be newly applied.The enclosing and parapet walls are made of reinforced concrete, other external wall areas also have a thermal insulation composite system, and the work is to be carried out in 2 construction phases.1BA: forecourt + entrance area2.
