The subject matter of the contract is to perform soil and water environmental impact studies before the commencement of work and after completion of work for the exploration tasks performed by the Contracting Authority. The range of conducted investigations concerns the area occupied by the drilling rig and the area around the drilling rig, at a distance of not less than 500 m from the boundary of the drilling site (depending on the location of residential buildings, it may be more than 500 m).Detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract, manner and conditions of its performance and the Contracting Authority's requirements are presented in the draft Framework Agreement (Annex no. 3 to the SWZ), including Annex no. 3 Description of the subject matter of the contract covered by the Framework Agreement to the draft Framework Agreement and in the draft Implementing Agreement (Annex no. 8 to the SWZ).
The subject matter of the contract is the service of conducting research into the state of the ground and water environment before the commencement of work and after the completion of work for exploration tasks carried out by the Ordering Party. The range of conducted research concerns the area occupied by the drilling rig and the area around the drilling rig, at a distance of not less than 500 m from the boundary of the drilling site (depending on the location of residential buildings, it may be more than 500 m).The Contracting Authority expects to conduct groundwater environmental research for 90 boreholes (modernization, reconstruction and decommissioning of boreholes) in Poland within 24 months of the term of the Framework Agreement. Detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract, method and conditions of its execution and the Contracting Authority's requirements are presented in the draft Framework Agreement (Appendix no. 3 to the SWZ), including Appendix no. 3 Description of the subject matter of the contract covered by the Framework Agreement to the draft Framework Agreement and in the draft Implementing Agreement (Appendix no. 9 to the SWZ).
