Vefsn municipality wants to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for asphalting works. The Dynamic Purchasing System — DPS will have a duration of up to 10 years. The aim of the DPS is to ensure that the contracting authority, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, achieves a cost effective procurement of asphalting works on municipal roads.The DPS includes both patching and new asphalting works, repairs of excavation damages, milling, pothole patching, flat patching, and larger and smaller asphalting works.
