ASG Spremberg GmbH as trustee, service provider and concessionaire of the Zweckverband Industriepark Schwarze Pumpe (ZV ISP) plans the revitalization of the development areas Quartier VI SN in the eastern area of the Industriepark Schwarze Pumpe. In preparation of a sustainable further development and exhaustion of the area potentials of the Industrial Park Schwarze Pumpe (ISP) and in order to be able to serve the needs of future investors, the demolition including deep debris removal of selected, abandoned buildings (old stock) will be necessary. In this context, running media lines must also be dismantled or relocated. The surrounding surfaces on the area under consideration will be unsealed and the existing underground formations of former buildings and foundations will be completely removed (complete deep debris removal). The same applies to above- and below-ground media formations and access roads. A pipe bridge route runs along the western border of the area under consideration. This will also be removed in the course of the construction work. In the following, the buildings, structures and open spaces to be considered are described and explained in more detail. It is intended to commission the planning services in the work steps / service phases 1 - 7 in stages.
