Description

As part of DB Station&Service AG's "Schöner Ankommen in NRW" funding program for the urban upgrading of station buildings, the reception building at Düren station is to be renovated and partially converted. The Düren station building is in need of extensive refurbishment due to the long vacancy of many rooms, the outdated layout and many components showing signs of age, such as the roof covering. DB Station&Service AG has already erected protective scaffolding on the left-hand component due to falling roof parts. The characteristic design features inside the monument are also obscured by fixtures or suspended ceilings that are no longer appropriate for the monument and no longer on display. Much of the technical building equipment is either outdated or already out of order, particularly in the vacant areas, and the subject of the award procedure is the award of planning services for the planning of technical equipment (TA) in accordance with Section 55 HOAI ff.
