Supply of a two-chamber power-assistance system - total artificial heart 2 kpl.Whenever the term "type ..." is used in the description of the subject of the contract or indication of the product's own name, this means that the Purchaser allows for equivalent bids of the same or better performance than required by the Purchaser. It is acceptable to offer market equivalents with parameters not worse than those of the indicated product. Parameters of the ordered products determine important operating and technical conditions which must be fulfilled by the subject of the order. The Contractor, who refers to equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
