Description

According to a decision of the city council of 23.1.2019, the project comprises the extension of tram 23 from the current end point Schwabing Nord, via the DB-Nordring to the Kieferngarten as well as an own bus infrastructure between the Bavarian barracks and the underground stations Am Hart and Kieferngarten.Planning sections 1 and 3 (tram or tram/bus route): The planning is initially carried out for Lph. 3-4 (Lph. 5-9 optional), based on the preliminary planning. Following Lph. 4, the assignment of Lph. 5-9, which are based on the preceding planning stages, is optionally carried out after the AG has been determined. For the Schwabing Nord turning facility and the earth sculpture in the area of the southern ramp, the preliminary planning must also be revised as a special service, on the one hand due to changes resulting from the draft planning of the traffic facilities and on the other hand due to the mapping results.Planning Section 2 (Bus Route): Planning is carried out for Lph. 1-4. After completion of Lph. 4, no further commission will be awarded. The project will be continued from Lph. 5 by LHM. As a special service for the green belt (Rathenaupark) an open space concept has to be created.The planning services to be offered include in particular:- clearing of trees and shrubs and clearing of terrain (extra bill of quantities for construction preparation),- roadside greenery and green areas including tree planting (incl. Substrates), as well as adaptation of existing simple green spaces, - paths in green spaces at the turning points "Schwabing-Nord", "Am Hart" and "Kieferngarten", - tree locations at tram/bus stops, - lawn track (vegetation work, sowing),- Finishing and development care,- Tree and vegetation protection guard,- Surface infiltration in the area of the earth sculptures,- The awarding/performance of the construction work is expected to be subdivided into 2 lots, analogous to the planning sections PA 1 and PA 3.
