Scope of the study: - insulation of above-ground and underground external walls together with insulation of foundation walls, - insulation of roofs, - partial replacement of old window and door joinery (including the liquidation of the luxuriators), - replacement of internal doors to the attic, - replacement of lightning protection system, - modernization of the heating substation, - replacement of central heating installation,- repair of basement skylights, - proper ventilation in the rooms by e.g. installation of wall or window ventilators (air vents) - to be agreed with the Orderer,- replacement of external window sills,- repair of chimneys and ventilation openings, plastering and painting works on chimneys to adjust their appearance to the facade,- reconstruction of stormwater drainage approaches associated with the removal of rain pipes and cleaners from the facade by the thickness of insulation and replacement of drain pipes and gutters,- reconstruction/renewal of canopies at the entrances (including over the main entrance),- execution of the canopy over the side entrance,- improvement of the aesthetics of the belt around the building after insulation of the walls,- repair of all elements associated with the building such as temporary disassembly and installation of devices/elements on the building's facades, e.g. sensor, lamps, boards,- flashings connected with facade insulation,- removal of rubble and waste to a landfill,- removal of all dismantled metal/steel elements, e.g.: dismantled lightning protection system, windowsills, metal sheets, pipes, gutters to a scrap yard,- repair/repair of stairs, renovation/replacement of window gratings, etc.The design documentation must consist of:- Building inventory in accordance with the PN-ISO 9836:1997 standard - 1 ex,- Energy audit - 1 ex,- Thermomodernization of the building (the scope of the design must be in accordance with the energy audit) - 4 ex,- Construction and executive design for the replacement of lightning protection system - electrical industry - 4 ex,- Construction and executive design for the replacement of the heating substation - 4 ex,- Construction and executive design for the replacement of central heating system. - 4 ex,- Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, works' foreground, investor's cost estimates - 1 ex each,- Collective cost statement (amount of PLN net, VAT, gross) - 1 ex,- Energy characteristics designed together with an analysis of the possibility of rational use of alternative energy and heat supply systems - 4 ex. Scope of the study: - insulation of above-ground and underground external walls together with insulation of foundation walls, - insulation of roofs, - partial replacement of old windows and doors, - replacement of lightning protection system, - replacement of heat source (gas boiler to cascade of gas boilers) taking into account the heat demand of the Kindergarten building No. 18, which will be heated from a heat source located in the Primary School No. 16, - partial replacement of central heating installation,- repair of basement skylights, - proper ventilation in the rooms by e.g. installation of wall or window ventilators (air vents) - to be agreed with the Orderer,- replacement of external window sills,- repair of chimneys and ventilation openings, plaster and paint work on chimneys to adapt their appearance to the facade,- reconstruction of stormwater drainage approaches associated with the removal of rain pipes and cleaners from the facade by the thickness of insulation and replacement of drain pipes and gutters,- reconstruction / renovation of canopies at entrances (including over the main entrance),- execution of the roof over the side entrance,- improvement of the aesthetics of the belt around the building after insulation of the walls,- repair of all elements associated with the building eg. temporary disassembly and installation of devices/elements on the building's facades, e.g. sensor, lamps, boards,- flashings connected with facade insulation,- removal of rubble and waste to a landfill,- removal of all dismantled metal/steel elements, e.g.: dismantled lightning protection system, windowsills, metal sheets, pipes, gutters to a scrap yard,- repair/repair of stairs, renovation/replacement of window gratings, renovation of railings, etc.The design documentation must consist of: - Energy Audit - 1 ex,- Thermomodernization of the building (the scope of the design must be consistent with the energy audit) - 4 ex,- Construction and executive design for the replacement of lightning protection system - electrical industry - 4 ex,- Construction and executive design for the replacement of the gas boiler with new gas boilers (for SP16 and P-18) together with the internal gas installation (the study should include: part I, part II and part III of the design). construction, technological part, electrical part) - 4 ex.- 4 ex.- Construction and executive design of replacement of central heating installations. - 4 ex,- Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, works' foreground, investor's cost estimates - 1 ex each,- Collective cost statement (amount of PLN net, VAT, gross) - 1 ex,- Energy characteristics designed together with an analysis of the possibility of rational use of alternative energy and heat supply systems - 4 ex.
