Description

Lot 1: Architectural and constructive consultancy and design activities involving and presenting to users and creating support for the user consultancy and design activities with respect to design, materialisation and construction of the building, and the interior design during all phases of the project up to and including the implementation of SO-VO-DO(-) for architecture, structural engineering and urban planning integration advice in the field of construction engineering advice in the field of sustainability, circularity and wellbeing and healthy working environment advice in the field of geotechnics (foundations, construction site, drainage, etc.) drawing up the required environmental permit documents translating the working concept into the design of principles for cleaning and maintenance of windows and facade elaborations of the design in a Building Information Model (BIM). The project model will be used as a contract document in the tendering process for the executing parties to draw up a cost estimate for each phase (in phase document) (justification for an integral estimate lies with the building cost advisor, who is placed with the architect) and to demonstrate for each phase that project frameworks (Schedule of Requirements, legislation and regulations, budget and planning) have been complied with. Lot 2: Involve and present electrical and mechanical advice and design work to users; create support base advice and design work with respect to the technical installation building systems, including sprinkler, during all phases of the project up to and including the execution of SO-VO-DO-(Specifications) with regard to technical design advice in the field of sustainability, energy concepts, supply of heating and cooling and welfare preparation of environmental permit documents translating the workplace concept into the design works of the design in a Building Information Model (BIM). The project model will be used as a contract document in the tendering process of the implementing parties; drawing up a cost estimate per phase document (justification for the integral estimate lies with the building cost consultant); demonstrating compliance with project frameworks per phase (Schedule of Requirements, legislation and regulations, budget and planning, installation costs in the phase document), achieving BENG++ requirements and sustainability requirements as laid down in the Schedule of Requirements.assessment of tender document selected implementing party integration of advice from external advisors (e.g. with regard to fire safety, accessibility) drawing up design in close cooperation with expert staff from the University of Twente in consultation with external specialists, competent authorities and/or managers of utilities Lot 3: Building physics advice and design work advisory work t.BENG++ requirements and sustainability requirements as laid down in the PoR can be achieved by means of acoustics, sustainability and well-being, fire safety, daylight access, shading research, heat, cold, moisture and the thermal behaviour of buildings (including advice on climate concepts for façades) during all phases of the project up to and including the provision of information relating to the drawing up of SO-VO-DO-(Specifications) with regard to the building physics aspects of the design evidence.providing information for the preparation of single permit documents per phase demonstrating compliance with project frameworks (Schedule of Requirements, legislation and regulations, budget and planning) integrating advice from external advisors (e.g. with regard to fire safety, accessibility) interpreting the BIM model and monitoring expected building performance certificates meeting the BENG requirements and sustainability requirements as laid down in the Schedule of Requirements.
