Competitive dialogue for a project management contract for the urban development of the SEMARD block and the construction of a housing complex comprising around 80 housing units, with a margin of appreciation of - or + 10%, and around 400 m² of retail space.The commune of BOUCAU has been pursuing a comprehensive urban renewal project in the Bas Boucau district for over a decade. The EPFL PAYS BASQUE will carry the land for the project, and Office 64 will build senior social rental housing as well as social-access housing in BRS. The COL will build BRS and affordable housing. Retail outlets are planned for the first floor to liven up the square. To date, the distribution of BRS housing between the two partners has not been finalized.
A complete MOP law mission: ESQ+APS+APD+PRO+PC+ACT/DCE+ partial EXE (structure/fluids/VRD) partial VISA with synthesis study +DET+AOR+ GPA period management as specified in the contractual documents.The basic mission will be completed by the marketing mission (COM) and the site scheduling, coordination and management mission (OPC).The calendar target for the launch of the construction phase(s) has not yet been set. It is estimated at 2027.
