The municipality of Wermsdorf is located in the southwest of the district of Nordsachsen. As a result of its historical significance, Wermsdorf developed into a strong municipality with a small-town character. Its area and number of inhabitants increased considerably in the course of the municipal area reform. Including its districts Calbitz, Collm, Gröppendorf, Lampersdorf, Liptitz, Luppa Mahlis, Malkwitz, Wadewitz and Wiederoda, the municipality covers an area of 105 km², in which about 5,600 inhabitants live, it is one of the largest in the administrative district of North Saxony in terms of area and also has a large proportion of forest and water areas.Last but not least, due to the gratifyingly steadily increasing population, the infrastructure in terms of the existing fire stations must be further expanded. The municipality of Wermsdorf wants to build a new fire station with 4 parking spaces of parking space size 3 on the parcels 193/19 and 193/25 of the district of Wermsdorf, whereby the building must of course meet the requirements of DIN 14092-1. In principle the necessary separation black/white is to be ensured according to the regulations valid at present.42 task forces, of which 8 task forces are female, have the fire brigade Wermsdorf. The youth fire brigade Wermsdorf has 22 task forces, of which 19 task forces are female. The parcels, which are in the property of the municipality Wermsdorf are in the area of application of the development plan "Gewerbegebiet Oschatzer Straße". The administrative district Nordsachsen plans on a partial area of the plot 193/19 in an extent of approx. 1500qm the establishment of an ambulance station which is to have a direct exit on the Oschatzer Straße. The plans for both the fire station and the rescue station are to be closely coordinated.The outdoor facilities are to be restructured and implemented with the new construction and in consideration of the planned new construction of the rescue station on the property in question.At present, the area is undeveloped.Location classification/building plot:The building plot can be specified as follows:Wermsdorf, Wermsdorf district; plots 193/19 and 193/25Total plot size: approx. 11,500 sqmThe owner of the plot is the municipality of Wermsdorf.The plot can be classified as follows. It is located in the area of the development plan area "Gewerbegebiet Oschatzer Straße" along or directly adjacent to the Oschatzer Straße. Contrary to the stipulations of the development plan (see attachment), an exit or entrance for the rescue station onto Oschatzer Straße is possible. An overview plan, a cadastral plan as well as the development plan and a site plan and elevation plan are available.The building plot is currently undeveloped.The parcels 193/19 and 193/25 are technically developed with regard to waste water, drinking water, electricity and gas. The house connections are to be manufactured for the mentioned media. The accruing rainwater is to be infiltrated on the property.
