Description

Project management contract relating to the transformation of a building complex with a view to the creation of approximately 17 family social housing units through heavy rehabilitation and 175 m² of offices or business premises. Within the framework of the environmental policy of the City of Paris on these social housing units and of Elogie-Siemp, the project manager undertakes to respect the Climate Plan adopted by the City of Paris and to obtain the Bee + profil ville de Paris certification issued by Prestaterre.The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specifications.The services are settled by lump sum prices
