The subject matter of the contract is:1)Elaboration and execution of complete design and cost estimate documentation for construction works covering the execution of renovation along with thermal modernization and connection to the heating network of P.K. Therma sp.z o.o. of the building at ul.J. Sobieskiego 23 in Bielsko-Biała, along with obtaining necessary agreements, opinions and permissions, according to the scope indicated in appendix no. 3 to the General Terms of Reference, including in particular: a)design of land development,b)architectural-construction design,c)technical design,d)executive design, including detailed investor's cost estimates, bills of quantities and technical specifications,e)other elaborations, hereinafter referred to as the "design docu 2)development and submission to the competent authority of a complete application for the approval of a land development design and an architectural-construction design, and issuance of a decision regarding the construction permit,3)obtaining a decision regarding the construction permit, hereinafter referred to as the "contract documents".
The subject matter of the contract is: 1) Development and execution of complete project documentation and cost estimate for construction works covering the execution of renovation along with thermal modernization and connection to the heating network of P.K. Therma sp. z o.o. of the building at ul. Jana Sobieskiego 23 in Bielsko - Biała, together with obtaining necessary agreements, opinions and permissions, according to the scope indicated in appendix no. 3 to the Terms of Reference, including in particular a) the plot / land development design,b) the architectural-construction design,c) the technical design,d) the executive design, including detailed investor's cost estimates and bills of quantities and technical specifications,e) other studies, hereinafter jointly referred to as "project documentation", 2) development and submission of a complete application to a competent authority for approval of a land development design and an architectural-construction design, as well as issuance of a construction permit decision,3) obtaining a construction permit decision, hereinafter jointly referred to as the "subject of the contract", taking account of the requirements specified in the technical and cost concept specified in sec. 2 as well as others agreed upon operatively by the parties during the course of performance of the contract and under the terms and conditions specified in the contract based on the template constituting attachment No. 12 to the Specification.
