The contract is a public service contract with a view to designating a multidisciplinary team, acting as "project author". This team will be in charge of carrying out the study for the renovation and extension of the adult emergency department of the CHU Brugmann described in the following programThe contract concerns a complete mission including : - Architecture,- Soil study if necessary- Stability engineering- Special techniques engineering (heating, ventilation, electricity, lighting, medical fluids, sanitary facilities, fire and intrusion safety,- P.E.B. advice- Advice in the concept of sustainability,- Wastewater and rainwater management,- Drainage,- Fixed furniture,- Carpentry- The mission of coordination of the service providers in charge of the execution of the works in case of awarding of the lots of the works contract to separate companies.The services related to a complete mission of study and follow-up of the execution of works are classically governed by the means of a contract with tranches within the meaning of article 57 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to the public markets and to certain contracts of works, supplies and services;Each tranche corresponds to the grouping of stages of the traditional mission of author of project:Tranche 1: Sketch, plans, preliminary project, studies of the costs according to the sketch, establishment of the file of request for permit (town planning - COCOM - .......) and other administrative authorizations;Stage 2: Final project and award of the works contract(s);Stage 3: Monitoring of the execution of the works; In order to facilitate reading and execution, these standard stages will be referred to in these specifications as "STADES", but are to be considered as stages in the sense of the law on public contracts;Only the first stage of the contract is firm, the others are conditional. Only the first tranche of the contract is firm, the others are conditional. Each tranche/stadium has its own order. The execution of each conditional tranche is subject to a decision of the contracting authority.in case of subsidy granted by the public authority this mission will have to take care to respect the deadlines imposed by the subsidizing authority and to answer the requirements of the subsidy as described in the CSCH.the maximum budget of the works being fixed at 5.480.000€ exclusive of VAT and excluding fees, impetus or various taxes.
