intellectual services for the New Nancy Hospital project: - main operations known as the central island, comprising a medical-technical building (Bmt), a hospitalization building (Nbh) and a mother-child building (Bfme). - Complemented by the following related works - fitting out of an Energies cluster building; extension of the ENEDIS delivery substation with back-up, rainwater infiltration basin and associated external works. The total surface area to be built is estimated at around 136,000 square meters (Bmt-Nbh-Bfme).
technical control services, in accordance with articles L.125-1 to L.125-6 of the French Construction and Housing Code. This mission runs from the notification of the contract provided for at the stage of the start of the analysis of the project management competitions within the framework of the construction of the New Hospital until the end of the year of perfect completion (Gpa) Safety and Health Protection Coordination mission, in compliance with the provisions concerning the coordination of prevention measures for building and civil engineering operations in accordance with articles R. 4532-1 to R. 4532-98 of the Labor Code, resulting from law 93-1418 of December 31, 1993 (transposing directive 92/57/cee). This category 1 mission runs from the notification of the contract provided for at the stage of the start of the analysis of the project management competitions in progress with a view to the construction of the New Hospital until the lifting of the reservations post reception mission Ordonnancement, Pilotage et Coordination as defined in article R. 2432-17 of the Code de la Commande Publique and Decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018. This mission runs from the notification of the contract provided for at the stage of the start of the analysis of the project management competitions within the framework of the construction of the New Hospital until the lifting of the post-delivery reservations.
