Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out Technical Design Office missions for all of CPRN's real estate assets. It is allotized and is broken down into eight lots. The lots of this framework agreement are not broken down into tranches. No variants are required and the presentation of free variants is not authorized for the lots of this framework agreement. This is a multi-awarded framework agreement executed by the issue of purchase orders. The estimated annual amount of the orders would be 200,000 euros excluding VAT for each of the lots. These amounts are purely indicative, and under no circumstances does CPRN undertake to place annual orders up to these amounts. The maximum amount of orders over the entire duration of the framework agreement is set at 800,000 euros (excluding VAT) for each of the lots. This framework agreement takes effect from the date of notification for a period of one year, tacitly renewable three times, for a maximum duration of four years
