The aim of the new building is to centralise all examination, treatment and care areas of the cardiological departments currently located at several locations in Küchwald. The current structures of the sites are highly fragmented and therefore have major logistical disadvantages and very few synergy effects. With the new building, a necessary shortening of the connecting paths of the related functions, a realization of synergy effects within the cardiological center as well as the creation of required treatment places due to a continuous development of services are to be implemented. The integration of 160 care beds and 14 ITS/15 IMC beds is planned. In addition, a cardiological-internal emergency room (KINA) including the Chest Pain Unit (CPU), an outpatient centre with currently 4 KV seats and a cardiological intervention centre with 6 intervention rooms are to be located. The contract is to be awarded for the planning of the buildings in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 1, Lph. 1-9 and will be awarded only in stages, initially up to and including work phase 3 Design planning. The objective of the new building is the centralisation of all examination, treatment and care areas of the cardiological departments currently located at several locations at the Küchwald site. The contract is for medical technology and equipment planning - technical equipment in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2 AG 7 for the cost groups DIN 276:- 371 - general fixtures and fittings (e.g. Built-in kitchens, tea kitchens, wardrobes - without cupboard systems for patient rooms, ward counters = carpentry object planner),- 372 - Special built-in components (e.g. medical built-in furniture with ISO standard),- 474 - Medical technical systems (e.g. ceiling operating lights, operating table systems, ceiling and wall supply units, care combinations?),- 611 - General equipment (e.g. office furniture, non-medical equipment such as waste collectors, equipping waiting areas, staff lounge areas, PCs, telephones, printers, communication technology and other non-medical furniture),- 612 - Special equipment (e.g. medical equipment, hospital beds, wheelchairs and other medical furniture),- 620 - Works of art, wall decoration, green plants.only commissioned in stages, initially up to and including performance phase 3 Design planning.
