Description

Saarländischer Rundfunk awards the architectural services (property planning) in accordance with § 34 HOAI for the refurbishment and modernisation of the so-called film building of Saarländischer Rundfunk. The present contract comprises the basic services of the aforementioned object planning services of the following phases:- Lph 2: Preliminary planning (partly),- Lph 3: Design planning,- Lph 4: Approval planning.The following services are awarded optionally:- Lph 5: Execution planning,- Lph 6: Preparation of the award,- Lph 7: Participation in the award,- Lph 8: Object supervision - Construction supervision and documentation,- Lph 9: Object supervision,- A step-by-step contract is awarded. The contractor has no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases or a complete commissioning. A site plan (see Annex 2) and construction site regulations (see Annex 3) are available for the area, which will be made available to all applicants on subreport. additional services (e.g. feasibility study) can be commissioned as an option.no further documents can be requested in connection with the application phase, either from this announcement or from the forms and information provided under subreport. Other services to be awarded are not included in this invitation to tender and will be awarded separately. Parallel to the present contract, a further contract will be put out to tender throughout Europe:1) Planning services for the technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI of plant groups 1-8 for the refurbishment and modernization of the film building of Saarländischer Rundfunk. In addition, there will be a project controller specialising in media and broadcasting who will allow applicants to apply for several of these contracts. Double applications within the framework of the present invitation to tender for the contract "Architectural services (object planning)" to be awarded are, however, not permitted. Multiple applications in the context of this invitation to tender by individual applicants or individual members of a consortium may lead to the exclusion of all tenders concerned if the applicant, the consortium or the competing member companies or consortia concerned cannot prove that the tenders in question were drawn up completely independently of one another.the provisional cost estimate is approximately EUR 7.9 million (net).
