The Bischofkurie Domplatz 1 was built in the 16th century by Bishop Julius von Pflug in the Renaissance style. The curia was used by the respective canons and redesigned several times. A special component of the building complex is the curia garden with courtyard area, garden room and garden wall. The garden and the courtyard are to be restored in their structure. Bishop's garden and courtyard: The entire outdoor area with courtyard and historical garden has an area of approx. 3,200 sqm. Historical planning documents are available for the garden and courtyard. The Kuriengarten is part of the overall concept of the Information Centre World Cultural Heritage Domplatz 1.
