This contract is being launched under the joint management of the City of Grenoble and is for the redevelopment of public spaces in the Arlequin sector - Jean Verlhac Park. Restricted procedure - application selection phase. The missions are as follows: EP/AVP/SYN/Màjavp/PRO/ACT/EXE/DET/AOR/OPC with the following additional tasks:- specific consultation, environmental study and regulatory files,- management of the developments,- eco-district labelling,- signage,- urban safety.The expected competences are:- landscape, - road works, - development of bathing water, - hydraulics (natural bathing and watering), - water management (rainwater, drinking water), - consultation/communication, - environment/biodiversity, - recreational equipment (playground), - signage/graphics/design, architecture/heritage, - urban safety (security and access management), - structure, - public lighting, - OPC, - regulatory and environmental studies.
