Description

The object of the contract is the executive design of seismic retrofitting, which, pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, must include all the elements provided for the two omitted levels while safeguarding the quality of the design, relating to the works of "seismic retrofitting of the secondary school via Calamandrei 3 - Pistoia". This contracting station specifies that it will use the procedural inversion referred to in art. 133, paragraph 8 of the code (also applicable to ordinary sectors pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 32/2019 converted with amendments by Law no. 55 of 14.6.2019, until 31.12.2020, extended until 31.12.2021, pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 7 of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020), which allows, with the criterion of the lowest price, to open the economic bids, before the verification of the regularity of the administrative documentation.
