Call for applications for a project management mission for the creation of an innovation totem pole at 53 boulevard Clémenceau in Saint-Brieuc.This totem pole aims to create the conditions for the development of innovation, by setting up an organization that facilitates and accelerates experimentation and meetings: a range of services will be deployed for the benefit of the community of different actors in a physical location that encourages the emergence of new practices and new models of collaboration. This is a complete project management mission for the rehabilitation of the building on eight levels and a surface area of 3,930 m2.The elements of the mission entrusted to the project manager are as follows:- Phase 1: diagnosis;- Phase 2: preliminary design;- Phase 3: final design;- Phase 4: project studies;- Phase 5: assistance with the awarding of works contracts;- Phase 6: phase 6: management of the execution of the works contract;- phase 7: assistance with acceptance operations;- phase 8: execution studies (for fluid and structural works);- phase 9: examination of conformity with the visa (for the other works);- phase 10: coordination of fire safety systems.The project will be subject to BIM modelling. The services fall under category 1 within the meaning of the Labour Code (Law No 93-1418 of 31.12.1993). The budget allocated to the work is set at EUR 7 000 000 excluding VAT (value date March 2020).
