The subject matter of the contract is:1. to prepare design documentation for thermal modernisation and modernization of the building of Stanisław Ligoń Primary School No. 33 at 23 Witosa Street; 2. to exercise author's supervision over the execution of construction works within the scope covered by the design documentation, if the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to perform it in writing, planning 13 designer's stays on the construction site - the scope of the contract covered by the option right.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in: a) detailed description of the subject matter of the contract - Annex 10 to the ToR; b) model contract - Annex 4 to the ToR, constituting an integral part of the ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is: 1.1.1. to prepare design documentation for thermomodernization and modernization of the building of the Stanisław Ligoń Primary School No. 33 at 23 Witosa Street; a) making an up-to-date map for design purposes; b) making a construction and installation inventory; c) preparing an expert's report on the technical condition of the building; d) preparing an energy audit taking into account, in particular, the planned scope of works aimed at achieving energy efficiency through thermomodernization, and in particular through the modernization of ventilation systems, construction of solar and photovoltaic installations, modernization of central heating systems.e) development of the construction design and obtaining all opinions, arrangements, decisions and other documents necessary for the proper execution of construction works f) development of the executive design (with a division into industries) g) development of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (with a division into industries) h) development of the works' subdivision (with a division into industries and stages) i) development of investor's cost estimates (with a division into industries and stages).1.2 The Economic Operator who will perform the order should: a) prepare design documentation on the basis of current legal regulations, in particular the Acts - Construction Law, Spatial Development Law, Public Procurement Law and executive acts related to these acts; b) obtain a building permit decision in accordance with the Construction Law of July 7, 1994. (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1186, i.e.) for the required scope of works; c) obtain all necessary arrangements and decisions required by law, which will allow for a tender procedure for the execution of construction works on the basis of this documentation; d) submit the entire design studies in paper and electronic form (on a CD in DWG, PDF format), including investor's estimates (on a CD in XLS and ATH format).2. Author's supervision over the performance of works within the scope covered by the design documentation, if the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to perform it in writing, planning 13 designer's visits on the construction site - the scope of the contract covered by the right of option.
