Description

The subject matter of the contract is: a) development of multi-discipline design and cost documentation for renovation, reconstruction and change of use of the communal building located at 117 Grunwaldzka Avenue, plot no. 234/1, registry district 0032, in accordance with the local spatial development plan to the extent required by the construction law and separate regulations; b) obtaining an administrative decision on the permission to carry out construction works from a competent architectural and construction administration authority, enabling the commencement of the construction works by the Contracting Authority; c) exercising author's supervision.
Development of multi-discipline design and cost documentation for renovation, reconstruction and change of use of the communal building located at 117 Grunwaldzka Avenue in Gdańsk, as well as for exercising author's supervision over works performed according to the design documentation.1) Multi-discipline architectural-construction, sanitary and electrical inventory.2) Preliminary concept of renovation and reconstruction of the facility - a preliminary study defining in an unambiguous way the image of the investment and the planned construction works.3) Technical expertise of the building, which is a component of the construction design. Details in ToR 3 "Subject matter of the contract includes the preparation of design and cost documentation" section 3.4) Map for design purposes.5) Photo-realistic visualization (presenting the front elevation, interior without equipment, and the same interior design with sample equipment).6) Building design including: a) land development design;b) architectural-construction industry;c) sanitary industry;d) electrical industry;e) telecommunication industry, e.g. structural installations, intercom, alarm, fire alarm, telephone, LAN installations - computer network;f) development of the BMS system - i.e. min. f) development of a BMS system - i.e. monitoring, automatic control and energy management; g) energy performance of the building with the analysis of rational use of highly efficient alternative systems; h) geotechnical opinion with the indication of the geotechnical category of the building and, depending on the needs of soil research, geotechnical design and geological-engineering documentation; i) information concerning safety and health protection; j) programme of maintenance works; k) and all works necessary to change the use of the building from the residential to the office function.7) Executive design - in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional-utility program (consolidated text in Journal of Laws No. 2013, item 1129).8) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works.9) Size of works.1011) Obtaining the opinion of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Historical Monuments expressing a stance on conducting the above mentioned construction works at the construction site covered by the investment task.12) Obtaining the necessary arrangements/permits/opinions/decisions, etc. resulting from the scope of the developed documentation, necessary to obtain the building permit decision. Details in ToRZ.3.12.13) Submission of the Contractor's declaration on the completeness of the developed documentation and its compliance with the applicable regulations and the principles of technical knowledge.14) Preparation of the completed form of the building permit application (form B-1) with all attachments, including the declaration on the right to dispose of the real estate for construction purposes (form B-3) and the form of supplementary information to the building permit application, including the data of the attorney (form B-4).15) Submission of the building permit application based on the power of attorney.1617) Submitting a request for derogation (including technical conditions) together with all attachments and obtaining a permit for derogation from the relevant administration authority.18) Exercising author's supervision during the execution of works constituting the subject matter of the developed documentation.18 Details in ToR 1 "Description of the subject matter of the contract" item 3.The list of attachments to the ToR was specified in item 1 "Description of the subject matter of the contract" item 4.
