The present consultation is launched according to the procedure with negotiation, in application of articles R2124-3 3° of the Public Order Code.Basic mission: Diagnosis - aps - apd - pro - act - det - visa - aorComplementary missions: Opc - exe partial - synthesisFollowing the submission of an architectural intention, the candidates who have submitted services in accordance with the Rc and the programme will receive a bonus which may not exceed 3,000 euro(s) (H.T.) for each.This premium may be reduced or cancelled by the contracting authority if the services provided by the candidates do not comply with the consultation regulations or the programme. This bonus is therefore included in the fees.
