The consultation covers the following services: inspections, inspections, inspections, diagnostics, quality controls, operations prior to the acceptance of SIAAP works and other complementary inspections This consultation covers the execution of: - inspections, - inspections, - inspections, - structural diagnoses, waterproofing and water conditions of the works, - recommendations for rehabilitation works, - controls during and after works (quality control and OPR) in accordance with the requirements of the AESN quality charter, - complementary inspections under the regulations in force relating to DT-DICT. The purpose of this contract is to carry out studies and diagnoses to determine the state of SIAAP's heritage, to provide technical assistance during rehabilitation work and to process and enhance heritage data in order to draw up a multiannual programme for heritage preservation. This contract also includes additional inspections under the current regulations on DT-DICTs (Decree No. 2011-1241, on work in the vicinity of transmission and distribution facilities). It is part of the overall approach of the auscultation to the rehabilitation of SIAAP works including the requirements related to the quality charter imposed by the AESN on 1.1.2015. .3 main components make up this contract, whose main missions are as follows: - asset management component: carrying out preliminary studies to obtain a general and in-depth knowledge of a structure (geotechnical study, data collection, etc.), carrying out visual inspections, inspections and other measures, drafting a structural diagnosis and recommending the monitoring of damage or rehabilitation work, characterising the condition of a structure. This component also includes certain specific studies (impact study, unemployment study, etc.) as well as research into underground networks and particular connections, - assistance during the execution of rehabilitation works: tests are carried out to verify the quality of the work (during and at the end of the work via technical assistance) on the basis of contradictory findings. It also includes the monitoring of a structure over time, - results processing and enhancement: processing of all data on the state of the heritage in dedicated tools, geotechnical risk mapping, groundwater monitoring, inventory and archiving of files and assistance in the preparation of study programmes and works over time. It applies throughout the entire territory of the Syndicat interépartemental d'assainissement de l'agglomération parisienne (SIAAP) for wastewater facilities managed by SIAAP services (DSAR/DT/SAV/SAV/SAM/SEC/SEG/SEV) and its departmental partners (DSEA du Cd94- cooperation agreement between the Val de Marne department and SIAAP on the management of interdepartmental water and wastewater facilities, - and the DEA of CD 93 - cooperation agreement between the Seine-Saint-Denis department and SIAAP on the maintenance, operation and management of interdepartmental sanitation facilities located in Seine-Saint-Denis).
