Project management missions in the PACA region The framework agreement includes the following missions:A. Basic Missions1/ Sketch Phase (ESQ)2/ Design Phase and Works ContractsThe mission elements included in this contract are:- Preliminary Project (APS, APD) including building and demolition permit files - Project (PRO) - Assistance with Works Contracts (ACT) This service also includes participation in site visits for companiesTenderers3/ Implementation and acceptance phaseThe mission elements included in this contract are:- Visa of the execution plans carried out by the companies (VISA) - Directorate of Execution of Works (DET).(This phase includes, in particular, the verification of accounts and invoices, the permanent monitoring of commitments and estimated final cost, and information from the MOA on the progress of the work).- assistance to Reception Operations (AOR) (this phase includes the control of the Executed Works File (DOE) including the delivery of the necessary facility operating instructions to the future operator).Assistance provided to the project owner during the guarantee of perfect completionB/ Complementary missions- The DIA mission (Diagnosis)- The EXE mission- The SYN mission (synthesis)- The ISS coordination (case of ERP)- The OPC mission (organization, management, coordination)- The commissioning mission- The Global Cost mission- The cdc drafting assistance mission (surveyors, surveys,....) - The BIMIl mission is to be noted that this framework agreement and its subsequent contracts may only concern requirements that fall within the 4 cases of exception to the organisation of competitions provided for in Article 90, II, 1o of Decree No 2016-360 of 25 March 2016 on public contracts, namely:a) For the award of a public works contract for the reuse or rehabilitation of existing works or for the execution of an urban or landscape project; b) For the award of a public works contract for the execution of works carried out as research, test or experiment;c) For the award of a public works contract for infrastructure works;d) For the award of a public works contract for project management that does not entrust any design mission to the contractor;Outside these 4 cases, the contracting authority must use a competition (outside the framework agreement).The estimated volume for this Framework Agreement is 1586 man-days Project management missions in the LANGUEDOC region, the framework agreement includes the following missions:A.
