The works planned for the C01 operational site consist of the construction:- the preparatory work for the installation of fences and the safety of the construction site, - the interconnection tunnel (2 tubes excavated using the traditional method, each approximately 2 km long), - 2 bridges with a metal structure over the Dora Riparia (span of approximately 75 m) with relative boxes of continuity on the SS24, - the railway embankments of the NLTL connecting with the railway station of Bussoleno, - the embankments, minor works and technological equipment for the diversion of the odd track of the historic RFI Turin-Modane line, - the resolution of interference.The services of the DL (Works Management) and High Surveillance for this lot 1 are organized in 4 missions: - mission 1: state of consistency of the areas of CO1 (preparation of a report on the state of the places and their compatibility with the final draft approved PD2/PRV), - mission 2: preparation of the consultation documents for the tenders of future works contracts, and possible technical assistance for the phases of analysis of applications and tenders:-- mission 3: high surveillance of executive projects and works: - interference resolution (with energy supply services, telecommunications, water and sewerage supply, irrigation distribution for agricultural use, etc.); - the implementation of a new system for the protection of the environment; - the implementation of a new system for the protection of the environment; - the implementation of a new system for the protection of the environment; - the implementation of a new system for the protection of the environment and the environment.Mission 4: Supervision of works in progress on the works of the various contracts: - Supervision of works for the installation of fences and the safety of building sites; - Supervision of infrastructure works and railway buildings (fire-fighting buildings of the interconnection tunnel).The works to which these works supervision (DL) and high surveillance services relate are estimated at approximately EUR 159 000 000, excluding VAT: - the cost of works in the context of high surveillance missions: approximately EUR 4 000 000, excluding VAT; - the cost of works in connection with missions to prepare consultation documents and works supervision during execution: approximately EUR 155 000 000, excluding VAT; since these services will be carried out only on Italian territory, the works will be subject to 'Technical and administrative inspection'. Until this process is completed, the assistance of the works management to the test driver in the framework of the execution of the works is necessary. The works planned for the C02 operational site consist of the construction:- the preparatory work for the installation of fences and the securing of the construction site, - the railway embankments of the NLTL between the eastern entrance to the base tunnel and the western entrance to the interconnection tunnel, - the technical and safety area, including the railway buildings, - the international station at Susa,- a bridge with a metal structure over the Dora Riparia, - adjustments to existing visibility (SS25, SS24, A32, via Montello and minor roads), - temporary deviation and height adjustment during the restoration of the historic line RFI Susa - Bussoleno (including technological equipment), - resolution of interference.The services of the works management and high surveillance for this lot 2 are organized in 4 missions and distributed in 2 tranches: 1) fixed tranche: this tranche concerns the DL related to the following works mentioned above except for the works related to the international station of Susa: - mission 1: state of consistency of the CO2 areas (preparation of a report on the state of the places and their compatibility with the final project approved PD2/PRV), - mission 2: preparation of the consultation documents for the tenders of future works contracts, and possible technical assistance for the phases of analysis of applications and tenders:fence installation and securing work on C02 areas,-- CO2 infrastructure,-- railway buildings (PPC: Control-command post; PRV: First aid; fire-fighting buildings; FSA: maintenance; helidecks; guardhouse; electrical substation); - mission 3: high surveillance of construction projects and works:-- interference resolution (with energy supply services, telecommunications, water supply and sewerage, irrigation distribution for agricultural use, etc.); - mission 3: high surveillance of construction projects and works:-- interference resolution (with energy supply services, telecommunications, water supply and sewerage, irrigation distribution for agricultural use, etc.).), carried out under the responsibility and by the owners of the various services, - armament and railway technologies related to the altimetric modification of the historical line RFI Susa-Bussoleno, carried out by RFI, - adaptation of the A32 motorway, carried out by SITAF;- mission 4: Works management during execution for the works of the various contracts:-- management of fence installation works and safety of construction areas, - management of infrastructure works, - management of railway building works, 2) optional tranche: this tranche concerns the DL relating to the works for the construction of the international railway station of Susa, 2) mission 2: preparation of consultation documents for the tenders for future works contracts, and possible technical assistance for the phases of analysis of applications and tenders, 4) mission 4: works management in the execution phase.The services comprising these four missions will be carried out on the basis of a service order issued by TELT. The works to which these works supervision (DL) and high surveillance services relate are estimated at approximately EUR 333 000 000, excluding VAT: - the amount of work carried out as part of the high surveillance missions: approximately EUR 85 000 000, excluding VAT; - the amount of work carried out as part of the missions to prepare consultation documents and the works supervision currently under way: approximately EUR 248 000 000, excluding VAT.Since these services will be carried out only in Italy, the realization of the works will be subject to the "Technical-administrative testing". Until this process is completed, the assistance of the works management to the test driver in the framework of the execution of the works is necessary.
