Description

The subject of the contract is to provide the service of a consultant for the task: Rebuilding of the voivodeship road No. 929 from the city border with the rights of Rybnik district to the Świerklany junction. The task is carried out on the basis of the Act of 10.4.2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of public road investments, as amended. For the investment in question, the decision of the Silesian Voivode to permit the implementation of the road investment of 31.1.2018 No. 2/2018 mark: IFXIII.7820.125.2016. The service includes: provision of services related to investor supervision, in accordance with applicable regulations and terms of agreement, including the provisions of this OPZ, construction management, representing the Contracting Authority, support for the Contracting Authority in fulfilling reporting obligations, resulting from the procedures of co-financing the task from the European Regional Development Fund, within the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (in case of receiving co-financing), implementation of activities related to the promotion of the project, in accordance with the OPZ, which will result from the procedures of co-financing the task from the European Regional Development Fund, within the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, in close cooperation with the Contracting Authority in this respect (in case of receiving co-financing).
