Description

This consultation is being launched under the procedure: procedure with negotiation - Articles R. 2124-4, R. 2161-21 to 23 of the Code de la commande publique. Complete project management services (MOE) including in particular services related to studies (preliminary studies, AVP, PRO, safety files), management of works (preparatory work, network diversion, infrastructure, development, signalling, high and low current, etc.), acquisition of equipment and rolling stock, tests, assistance with commissioning and monitoring of the guarantee of perfect completion, for the tramway operation described in Article 1.1 of the CR.
The estimated budget for the works outside the EOM is EUR 231 000 000 excluding VAT, value March 2019, from the Grand Arénas to the Pierre Sauvaigo Sports Park. firm section: preliminary studies and AVP studies, optional section 1: PRO and ACT studies, optional section 2: DET, optional section 3: rolling stock.Optional section 4: DET - Square Bourdet - Parc des Sports The complete project management mission concerns the following tramway operation:- in a firm section, the T4 line between the Grand Arénas (in its broad sense up to Parc Phœnix) and Square Bourdet in Cagnes-sur-Mer. This is a line of approximately 6.2 km;- in optional sections:-- the extension of this T4 network to the Pierre Sauvaigo Sports Park in Cagnes-sur-Mer, i.e. a 800-metre stretch, including the terminus, the communication between the tracks and the associated stations;-- The rail infrastructure, systems and tramway equipment needed for these two sections, the connection with the existing line to enable the trains to be stored at the Charles Ginésy Maintenance Centre (CMCG); - the acquisition of the rolling stock needed to operate the two sections (seven to ten trains); - the construction of car parks or interchange hubs.
