The subject of the contract is to act as the investor's supervision inspector for the construction of the Ślemień forest expansion joints in the framework of the European Union-funded project entitled 'The European Union's development of the Ślemień forestry sector'. "Comprehensive project for the adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - low retention and prevention of water erosion in mountain areas", implemented under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment in the financial perspective 2014-2020.2 The investor's supervision will cover the construction of roundwood expansion joints of a total length of 2 720 mb in 9 (nine) sections in the Ślemień forest divisions listed below, respectively: 1) Branch 202d - 115 mb, 2) Branch 203c - 290 mb, 3) Branch 127c - 225 mb, 4) Branch 125f - 200 mb, 5) Branch 124fg- 700 mb, 6) Branch 122b - 200 mb, 7) Branch 123c - 515 mb, 8) Branch 170a - 105 mb, 9) Branch 171ab - 370 mb.3The contractor's tasks under the investor's supervision include:1) Checking the design documentation for completeness of design solutions and compliance with applicable regulations and standards and approving it for implementation.2) Agreeing, during the execution of works, on necessary changes in the design documentation with the designer, ordering party and contractor.3) Performing technical supervision of works included in the task.4) Agreeing with the ordering party on essential matters affecting the quality, deadline and costs of execution of the subject of the agreement.5) Verification and approval of works calculations and invoices provided by the contractor.6) Preparation for partial acceptance and final acceptance of the investment, including: collection and completion of as-built documentation, collection of necessary certificates of technical acceptance, installation and functional tests and measurements, performing pre-commissioning inspections, participation in the commission of final acceptance carried out by the client.7) Final settlement of the investment in the scope of the works included in the task.8) Controlling the quantitative settlement of the construction.4. The service of performing the function of inspector of the investor's supervision concerns the task according to the following description of the construction works.Construction of the expansion joints in the Ślemień forestry, i.e. construction of round wood expansion joints in nine sections with a total length of 2 720 m. The expansion joint is 3.2 m wide, the expansion joint is to be made by laying the unpeeled round wood joints of 12-24 cm diameter on a pre-prepared substrate and then covered with 5 cm thick native soil. For the construction of the expansion joints, the wood of conifers, i.e. spruce, fir, pine, larch, is to be used. In order to stabilize the expansion joint, a 4.5 to 5 m long wooden beam with its wiring is to be laid every 5 m. The scope of works includes the following works: - reconstruction of the route axis and marking out the works 2 720 mb,- mechanical grubbing up of bushes 0.392 ha,- mechanical grubbing up of trunks 177 pcs,- clearing the area from the remains of the grubbing up 2610 m2,- removing the layer of fertile soil from the gr. 15 cm, 8704 m2,- laying of fertile soil 1,305.6 m3,- earthworks 813.3 m3,- manual execution of the troughs for laying the expansion joint 139.2 m3,- mechanical execution of the troughs for laying the expansion joint 1,761.5 m3,- shaping the passages of watercourses under the expansion joint 25.84 m3,- laying the round wood expansion joint 1,263.45 m3,- nailing the stakes stabilizing the expansion joint 2,136 pieces,- backfilling of the installed expansion joint with a layer of soil from the native soil of 5 cm thickness, 435.2 m3,- other works not mentioned above necessary for the execution of the order,- as-built geodetic documentation.
