Since the entry into service of the El Sabinal Social and Health Care Center in 2000, the building has not been subjected to comprehensive conservation and maintenance work on the façade or exterior areas. Likewise, the comprehensive works to which it was subjected prior to its commissioning did not include the current church located on the west side of the plot. Therefore, and after 21 years since then, it is necessary to carry out conservation, maintenance and reform works in the CS El Sabinal, requiring several interventions in different areas, for which it is necessary to draft an implementation project and subsequent works management, which define the actions to be developed in the social and health care facilities according to the needs of the Institute of Social and Health Care of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria (hereinafter IAS), as well as contracting the work management and coordination of health and safety, associated with the following actions:+ EXTERIORS:- Reform and/or refurbishment of the facade of the main building, church and small outbuildings.- Reform and/or solution of new proposal for evacuation walkways and protection elements. It will include the entire evacuation route; - Landscaping of the landscaped area around the Chapel; - Conditioning of the parking area and accessibility solution to the center; - Conditioning of the perimeter wall of the plot; + INTERIOR - Reform of the 3rd left zone (phase II); - Conditioning of the old Chapel as a Day Center; + INTERIOR - Reform of the 3rd left zone (phase II); - Conditioning of the old Chapel as a Day Center.
