Drafting of projects to group together discharges and wastewater treatment in several municipalities in the province of Almería (Abrucena, Castro Filabres, Gérgal, Olula de Castro, Senés, Balanegra, Berja, Dalías, El Ejido, Alcolea, Vícar, Chirivel, Albox, Cuevas del Almanzora, Arboleas, Zurgena, Albanchez, Cóbdar, Lubrín, Bacares, Sierro, Suflí, Urrácal, La Mojonera and Roquetas de Mar (ten lots).
The scope of the work will be the definition at the level of construction project of five (5) construction projects, one for each of the following population centers: 1) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS IN THE URBAN NUCLEUS OF ABRUCENA AND GROUPING OF WASTE AND DEPURATION FOR THE NUCLEUS OF ESCUCHAGRANOS AND CAMINO REAL, TM. OF ABRUCENA (ALMERIA). 2) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND WWTPS IN CASTRO DE FILABRES (ALMERIA), 3) PROJECT OF COLLECTOR AND WWTPS FOR THE ANEAS NUCLEUS IN TM. DE GÉRGAL (ALMERÍA), 4) PROJECT FOR A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF EL TALLÓN IN EL TM. DE OLULA DE CASTRO (ALMERÍA), 5) SENÉS COLLECTORS AND WTP PROJECT (ALMERÍA), Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of collectors in the town of Abrucena and for the grouping of discharges and treatment of waste water from the towns of Escuchagranos and Camino Real in the municipality of Abrucena (Almería). Project No 2) will include the definition of the works required for the implementation of a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Castro de Filabres (Almeria), replacing the current one, as well as the necessary collectors to carry the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. Project No 3) will include the definition of the works required for the implementation of the collector and a new wastewater treatment plant for the Las Aneas core in the municipality of Gérgal (Almería). Project No 4) will include the definition of the works required for the construction of a new waste-water treatment plant for the El Tallón district in the municipality of Olula de Castro (Almería). Project No 5) will include the definition of the works required for the construction of a new waste-water treatment plant for the town of Senés (Almería) to replace the existing one, as well as the collectors required to carry the effluent from the existing plant to the new one. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipalities, the small population of the affected urban areas, for which reason similar treatment systems will probably be designed, with the objective of minimizing the costs of drafting projects in the necessary external contracts (gauging, geotechnics, etc.) and facilitating both the execution of the works, as they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, as it has the same operation. The scope of the work will be the definition of four (4) construction projects, one for each of the following municipalities OF THE M.T. OF BALANEGRA (ALMERIA), 2) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS IN BDAS. DEL T.M. DE BERJA (ALMERÍA), 3) PROJECT FOR THE COLLECTOR IN BDA. DALÍAS M.T. (ALMERIA) and 4) DRAFT OF COLLECTORS AND EBARS IN VARIOUS NUCLES OF EL EJIDO M.T. (ALMERIA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works in Balanegra's Metropolitan Area for the execution of collectors in the districts of Buenavista Public School, Balanegra Beach and Canal Grande Beach, which will connect and carry the waste water from the districts to the WWTP. Project No. 2) will include the definition of the necessary works in the Berja Metropolitan Area for the execution of collectors in the districts of Lcaudique, Carrera Granada, Peñarodada and San Roque, which will connect and carry the waste water from the districts to the current WWTP in the nucleus. Project No. 3) will include the definition of the necessary works in the Dalías M.T. for the execution of a collector in the district. Av. de la Alpujarra to connect and carry the waste water from the neighbourhood to the current WWTP in the centre. Project No. 4) will include the definition of the necessary works in El Ejido's T.M. for the execution of collectors, one that will replace the current one and will connect and lead the waste water from the Municipal Park's surroundings to the current El Ejido's EDAR, another one that will group the waste water from the Ejido's East sector and from Pampanicos' nucleus and will lead it to the main collector, and other collectors from the waste water's West collector. It should also include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of the EBARs of Berenguer, Aldeilla, Castañeda, Ejido Beach, Almerimar, Tarambana, Puerta del Sol, La Avenida 1 and 2 and Paraíso al Mar, together with the impulsion conduction if necessary in each case, all of them in the TM of El Ejido. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipalities, with the aim of minimizing project drafting costs in the necessary external contracts (geotechnics, topography, etc.). The scope of the work will be the definition at the construction project level of two (2) construction projects, one for each of the following population centres 1) COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT IN ALCOLEA (ALMERIA) and 2) COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT IN THE URBAN CITY OF VÍCAR, T.M. DE VÍCAR (ALMERÍA) Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant in the urban area of Alcolea (Almería), replacing the current one, as well as the necessary collectors to take the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. Project No 2) will include the definition of the works required to build a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Vícar (Almería) to replace the current one, as well as the collectors needed to carry the effluent from the current plant to the new one. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications Document are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipalities, the small population of the affected urban areas, for which reason similar treatment systems will foreseeably be projected, with the objective of minimizing project drafting costs in the necessary external contracts (gauging, geotechnics, etc.) and facilitating both the execution of the works, as they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, as it has the same operation. The scope of the work will be the definition at the construction project level of two (2) construction projects, one for each of the following population centres: 1) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR THE URBAN CENTRE OF CHIRIVEL (ALMERIA), 2) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN THE COUNTER, TM. DE CHIRIVEL (ALMERÍA) Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant for the urban nucleus of Chirivel (Almería), in replacement of the current one, as well as the replacement of some of the collectors that collect the wastewater from the aforementioned urban nucleus. Project No. 2) will include the definition of the works required for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant for the urban nucleus of El Contador, TM. of Chirivel (Almería), in replacement of the current one, as well as the collectors required to take the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications Document are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipal districts, the small population of the affected urban centers, for which reason similar treatment systems will foreseeably be projected, with the objective of minimizing project drafting costs in the necessary external contracts (gauging, geotechnics, etc.) and facilitating both the execution of the works, as they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, as it has the same operation. The scope of the work will be the definition, at the construction project level, of the works required for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Albox (Almeria) to replace the current one, as well as the grouping of discharges required to take the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. Also included is the construction of three long branches that will provide a backbone for the entire municipality and which would be integrated into this new treatment plant (Ramal del Saliente, Ramal de la Rambla de Oria and Ramal del Campico). These branches will collect an infinite number of small districts that the City Council would have to communicate with these main collectors. The scope of the work will be the definition of two (2) construction projects, one for each of the following population centers: 1) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND NEW WWTP IN LOS LOBOS, TM. OF CUEVAS DEL ALMANZORA (ALMERÍA), 2) PROJECT OF GROUPING OF SPILLS AND PURIFICATION FOR THE URBAN NUCLEI OF EL LARGO, GRIMA AND GUAZAMARA. TM. ALMANZORA CAVES (ALMERÍA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant for the urban nucleus of Los Lobos, T.M. of Cuevas del Almanzora (Almería), replacing the one that existed previously, as well as the necessary collectors to take the effluent from where the old treatment plant was located to the new one that is going to be projected. Project No. 2) will include the definition of the works required to carry out the grouping of discharges and treatment of wastewater from the urban centres of El Largo, Grima and Guazamara, TM. in Cuevas del Almanzora (Almería). The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications Document are justified by the fact that they are located in the same municipal district and by the small population of the affected urban areas. Therefore, it is foreseeable that similar treatment systems will be designed, with the objective of minimizing project drafting costs in the necessary external contracts (gauging, geotechnics, etc.) and facilitating both the execution of the works, as they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, as they all operate in the same way. The scope of the work will be the definition at construction project level of two (2) construction projects, one for each of the following population centres. (1) PROJECT FOR THE GROUPING OF DISCHARGES AND TREATMENT FOR THE URBAN NUCLEUS OF ARBOLEAS AND FOR THE NUCLEI OF THE BELT, THE CORNER, THE MEADOW, THE PEARL, VENTA MATEO, THE NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE APEADERO, THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE AND THE ARBOLEAS PLAINS IN THE T.M. OF ARBOLEAS (ALMERIA) and 2) PROJECT OF AGGRUPATION OF DRAINS AND DEPURATION FOR THE CORE OF THE TM. ZURGENA (ALMERIA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of the grouping of discharges and purification of waste water for the town of Arboleas and the towns of La Cinta, El Rincón, El Prado, La Perla, Venta Mateo, Barriada de El Apeadero, Polígono Industrial and Los Llanos de Arboleas in the municipality of Arboleas (Almería). Project No. 2) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of the grouping of discharges and wastewater treatment for the nuclei of the municipality of Zurgena (Almería). The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications Document are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipal districts, the small population of the affected towns and cities, for which reason similar treatment systems will probably be designed, with the aim of minimising the costs of drawing up projects in the external contracts that are necessary (gauging, geotechnics, etc.) and facilitating both the execution of the works, as they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, as it has the same operation. The scope of the work will be the definition of three (3) construction projects at the construction project level, one for each of the following population centres: 1) COLLECTOR AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT FOR THE URBAN NEIGHBORHOOD AND BDAS. LOS LLANOS AND LOS MOLINAS, TM. ALBANCHEZ (ALMERÍA), 2) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN CÓBDAR (ALMERÍA) and 3) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT IN LUBRIN AND BARRIADAS (ALMERÍA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for a new wastewater treatment plant in the town centre and Bda. Los Llanos in Albanchez (Almería), replacing the current one, as well as the collectors needed to take the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. It will also include the definition of the works required for the treatment of the waste water from the Los Molinas core. Project No 2) will include the definition of the works required for the implementation of a new waste water treatment plant in the town of Cóbdar (Almería) to replace the existing one, as well as the collectors required to carry the effluent from the existing plant to the new one. Project No 3) will include the definition of the works required to build a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Lubrín (Almería) to replace the current one, as well as the collectors needed to carry the effluent from the current plant to the new one. Also included is the construction of treatment plants in the most important towns in this municipality, such as Rambla Aljibe, El Chive, El Marchal, El Pilar, El Pocico and Jauro, which have either been washed away by a storm or their previous treatment plants have become obsolete, both in terms of their treatment system and their capacity. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipalities and the small population of the affected urban areas, for which reason, foreseeably, similar treatment systems will be projected, with the objective of minimizing project drafting costs in external contracts. The scope of the work will be the definition at construction project level of four (4) construction projects, one for each of the following population centres: 1) Sewer and Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in BACARES (ALMERÍA), 2) Adaptation and Improvement Project of the SUFLÍ Wastewater Treatment Plant (ALMERÍA), 3) Sewer and Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in SIERRO (ALMERÍA) and 4) Sewer and Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in URRÁCAL (ALMERÍA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Bacares (Almería), replacing the current one, as well as the collectors needed to carry the effluent from the current treatment plant to the new one. Project No 2) will include the definition of the works required to adapt and improve the current wastewater treatment plant in the town of Suflí (Almería) or, where appropriate, to replace the current one. Project No 3 will include the definition of the works needed to build a new waste-water treatment plant in the town of Sierro (Almería) to replace the existing one and the collectors needed to carry effluent from the existing plant to the new one. Project No 4) will include the definition of the works required for the implementation of a new wastewater treatment plant in the town of Urrácal (Almería) to replace the current one, The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications are justified by the geographical proximity of the municipalities and the small population of the affected urban areas, so it is foreseeable that similar treatment systems will be designed, with the aim of minimising the costs of drawing up projects in the necessary external contracts (gauging, geotechnics, etc.).) and to facilitate the execution of their works, since they all have similar equipment, and subsequently the operation of the WWTP, since they all operate in the same way. The scope of the work will be the definition of two (2) construction projects, one for each of the following municipalities THE CORSAIR AND THE CANTEENS AND EXTENSION OF THE EBAR LAS GRILLAS, TM. DE LA MOJONERA (ALMERÍA), 2) PROJECT OF COLLECTORS AND EBARS OF THE SALT MINES, THE URBANIZATION AND THE BATHS. TM. ROQUETAS DE MAR (ALMERÍA). Project No. 1) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of a collector that groups the wastewaters from the neighborhoods of Las Cantinas and El Cosario, TM. of La Mojonera, taking them to the current EBAR Las Grillas, also defining the necessary works for the expansion of this one. Project No. 2) will include the definition of the necessary works for the execution of the new collector and WWTP of Las Salinas de Aguadulce, as well as for the new collector and WWTP of the Urbanization of Roquetas de Mar and as for the extension of the WWTP of Los Baños that is in the nucleus of Roquetas de Mar, all of them located in the TM. of Roquetas de Mar. The actions indicated in the same Technical Specifications are justified, in addition to the fact that both municipalities treat their wastewater at the same WWTP, due to the geographical proximity of the municipalities, which will reduce the costs of drafting projects in the necessary external contracts (geotechnical, topography, etc.).
