I. Subject of the Agreement1. The subject of the contract is to prepare a complete and comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the project entitled: Sunny Terraces in Czantoria in Ustroń covering the following documentation: technical (design and cost estimate), nature, IT, marketing, education and promotion, together with obtaining all necessary agreements and permits and author's and nature supervision.2The task will be carried out in the following stages: 1) Stage I: Preparation of the nature inventory2) Stage II: Preparation of comprehensive and complete design and cost estimate documentation3) Stage III: Making arrangements and obtaining all permits and decisions for the project4) Stage IV: Author's and nature supervision.3Location of the projectInformation on plot numbers, ownership, spatial development plan entries - to be obtained from the Contracting Authority, location maps.4 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in: 1) Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the ToR) constituting Attachment No. 6 to this ToR;2) Project concept constituting Attachment No. 7 to this ToR;3) Other documents (including extracts / extracts from the register, map attachments) constituting Attachment No. 8 to this ToR.II. Due to the limited number of characters available under the heading 'II.1.1) The name" of the Announcement form made it impossible to provide the full name of the order, which reads: "Preparation of a complete and comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the project under the title: Sunny Terraces on Czantoria in Ustroń covering the following documentation: technical (design and cost estimate), nature, IT, marketing, education and promotion, together with obtaining all necessary arrangements and permits and author's and nature supervision".III. In view of the limited number of characters available under the heading 'II.2.7) The 'Contract duration period, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system' form made it impossible to provide full information on the dates of completion of the various stages of the contract, i.e. 'Contract duration, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system': Stage I: up to 12 months from the date of signing the agreement (including full 11 months of observation); Stage II: up to 16 months from the date of signing the agreement; Stage III: up to 20 months from the date of signing the agreement; Stage IV: from the date of receipt of the documentation (with agreements, decisions and permits) to the date of completion of works.IV. Due to the limited number of characters possible to be placed in the "I.3) Communication" item, the Advertisement form made it impossible to provide full information on communication between the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operators.
