Project management contract for the rehabilitation of 134 collective housing units + transformation/demolition of an old business into two new housing units and residentialization 7A and 7B rue du Béarn, 40/42 Provence and 2/4/6/8/10/12 rue de Gascogne in Mons-en-Barœul.
- technical and energy diagnosis;- sketch;- feasibility study;- summary/detailed preliminary design studies (APS - APD);- prior declaration or building permit;- project studies;- company consultation file;- assistance provided to the project owner for the awarding of the works contract(s);- assistance to the project owner for the awarding of the works contract(s); - management of the execution of the works contract(s) and approval of the execution studies carried out by the companies; - assistance to the project owner during the acceptance operations, reserve lifting and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion; - files of the works executed.
