Campus Handwerk Halle - open space planning (§39 HOAI) work phases 5 (pro rata) and 6 to 8
The Chamber of Crafts Halle (Saale) intends to build a new supra-regional training center for skilled crafts on the premises of the Education and Technology Center (BTZ) in Halle-Osendorf for long-term use. For this future CAMPUS HANDWERK HALLE, a comprehensive conversion and new construction with design of the outdoor facilities is to be carried out. The planned construction site is the currently used training location of the Chamber of Crafts Halle (Saale). The development is to be carried out from the direction of the "Straße der Bergarbeiter", the planned construction site is located in the north adjoining area of the "Straße der Handwerker". The objective is to develop the current BTZ as a training location with campus quality. The new and reconstruction measures required for this (administration and boarding school buildings, training workshops, open spaces) are to be built in the form of a campus-like area on an area of approx. 3 hectares, taking into account contemporary architecture and landscape planning with innovative integration of renewable energy conversion. The design for the realization of the future "CAMPUS HANDWERK Halle" was found within the framework of a planning competition. This draft implements the ideas of the client for the realization of a design of high quality and at the same time rational and economical construction as well as sustainable building technology and must be realized in the approved form by the end of 2025. Thus, under the aspect of modular sections that can be repeated as far as possible, a sustainably usable building structure is to be created that can adapt to future changing numbers of trainees and, if necessary, changed usage requirements. The campus-shaped arrangement of the workshop halls forms a square inner courtyard of approximately 65 x 65 m in size. While the external dimensions of the campus are approximately 125 x 125 m, the individual workshop halls are on average 25 x 30 m in size and 8 m high. The workshop halls are supplemented by learning areas in the form of seminar rooms and social areas in the form of changing/ washrooms and toilets.There are existing buildings on the site as a boarding school and refectory. The boarding school will be converted into administrative rooms in the course of a reduction of overnight accommodation capacities and modernized in parts. The refectory will be retained in its existing form. The subject of the invitation to tender is the planning of the outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI. The assignment takes place for the LPH 5 to 8, whereby the LPH 5 is already proportionately present and in the consequence only proportionately again assigned.The processing area covers approx. 3 ha and at present with a total cost framework at a value of approx. 3,8 millions € (gross), for the KG 500 (DIN 276) is computed.The project is promoted from means of the federation and the country Saxonia-Anhalt.In the case of an assignment the offered project team must be immediately and completely available. If necessary, an increase in the team strength must be secured/ made possible in order to ensure that deadlines are met.
