Description

The area of the park districts PR-II and III is located at the northern end of the park section "Eichenstück". Buildings 1-8 are part of the former Sanssouci court nursery with greenhouses, sheds and storage facilities, which had its largest building structure around 1886. In 1911/12 it was largely relocated for the construction of the anniversary terrace and the so-called "Neue Stücks" (ground floor in front of the water basin of the grotto). The relics represent a structural cultural testimony for the historical culture of cultivation as a contemporary document. The measures to be carried out under consideration of the aspects under preservation of historical monuments include:- upgrading building no. 1-8 as a warehouse (cold/frost-free), garages, technical areas, showers,- dismantling building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9-11 under consideration of the temporary use building no. 9. 9 in the construction phase,- construction of a 1-storey new building for office, recreation, shower/changing rooms, drying, technical and storage rooms, garages, showers, tank farm, washing area,- construction of storage and showers areas (roofed and free),- construction of paved areas and open spaces. Supply/disposal lines from/to transfer point: electrical, heating, drinking water/soil/rain water and lightning protection (as required), - complete. Building services including partial renewal of access lines on the property,- Reduction of CO2 emissions: Use of renewable energies for heating, hot water, electricity,- Construction of electricity charging station for electric vehicles/charging room for electrical appliances,- Ventilation technology for drying room, changing room/shower areas,- Installation of technical supervision (indoor/outdoor) according to safety concept.The objective is the sustainable repair of the building shells and the construction of the new building in accordance with the guidelines for sustainable construction (in particular with regard to the choice of building materials, the use of renewable energies and energy/resource-conserving operation; no formal certification), taking into account the requirements of UNESCO environmental protection. The planning and energetic proofs for the new building should take place according to valid EnEV, EnEG and EEWärmeG. Implementation is planned during ongoing operation and in construction phases. Since the area is a ground monument, excavations will be carried out during the planning and implementation phases. For the planning we are looking for a team with solid expertise and many years of experience in the renovation of old buildings as well as for comparable new construction tasks. The planned construction project is characterized as follows:1) Type of building: mixed use of office, accommodation/social rooms, storerooms/garages/workshop;2) type of construction project: new construction and construction in listed buildings, construction in UNESCO World Heritage;3) Useful area: 1,685 sqm (new construction: 1,035 sqm/portfolio: 650 sqm);4) Estimated building costs KGr 400: approx. EUR 1.07 million net (new construction: approx. EUR 0.92 million/portfolio: approx. EUR 0.15 million).subject of the present award procedure is the award of the technical equipment in accordance with. HOAI § 55, AGr 1-8 within the meaning of HOAI § 53 (AGr 7: Fire extinguishing technology): Basic services LPh 2-9, if required, as well as optionally selected special services (for details, see tender documents, Annexes 9 /11 to the contract)..11). A batchwise allocation is not intended. Planned timeframe: 1. commission: probably 04/2020; 2. planning/construction: until 05/2024; 3. commissioning: until 07/2024; 4. handover according to section H RBBau: 01.08.2024. tender documents, available on the Internet (see item I.3): application documents (forms) and in particular contract incl. annexes and site plan.
