Description

The services of the Contractor shall comprise the technical planning / service profile technical equipment, plant group 8 (building automation) for conversion, extension and new construction measures in the service phases 2-9. Due to own services of the Client, basic services or partial services of basic services (LPH 4, 7, 9) shall be omitted. 18 and Building 19; transfer of technical data from the room books to an MS Access database; monitoring of defect rectification.The Contractor shall prepare the ES-Bau, EW-Bau and the documents for the award procedure in accordance with the guidelines for the execution of federal construction tasks.After approval of the EW-Bau, the Contractor shall prepare the implementation planning and the performance description in accordance with Stlb-Bau. The Contractor shall participate in the awarding of the contract, shall be responsible for site supervision during execution and, in part, for site management.
The order comprises the technical planning of the technical equipment, plant group 8 (building automation), for the construction of a service building for 900 catering participants (building 20), a training hall building with storage areas (building 18), as well as a trio building (building 19) in the South Palatinate Barracks in Germersheim.Buildings 18 (old medical supply center), 19 (Palatinate casino), 20 (service building) and 46 (new medical supply center -> not part of this measure) are located in the center of the property on a horseshoe-shaped access road. Buildings 18, 19, and 20 were constructed in the 1960s. It appears possible to accommodate teaching rooms in the existing building, but this is estimated to be cost-intensive. The construction of a new building to meet demand is recommended as a more economical measure. Building 19: The space requirement, including movement and sanitary areas, is approx. 1,580 m². The existing building with approx. 1,007 m² is thus missing approx. 573 m². A conversion and extension appears to be more economical than a replacement building..Building 20: The space requirement including movement and sanitary areas is approx. 1,763 m². The existing building with approx. 3,668 m² thus has an area surplus of approx. 1,905 m². A replacement building is considered the most economical solution. The result demolition/new building for building 20 is clear. The variant studies carried out for buildings 18 and 19 - conversion/addition or demolition/new building to cover the space requirements - are to be updated and updated by a new profitability study before the ES-Bau is drawn up. The ES-Bau and further planning are to be drawn up on the basis of the most economical variant resulting from this, in accordance with the Bundeswehr's model plans.The land use plan of the city of Germersheim designates the site as a special area. For the preparation of the bills of quantities the standard service book construction is to be used..Plant group 8:.In the property Südpfalz-Kaserne is binding for the management level Fabrikat of the company Sauter-Cumulus.It is to be applied the central service regulation A-1810/32 building automation including manual building automation 4.0.The field devices and sensors to be planned and later installed must be compatible with the Sauter system..In service phase 8, the technical data of the room books must be transferred to an MS Access database in accordance with the client's specific requirements..A construction logistics specialist will be called in to renew the media supply to the property. The measure for the construction of buildings 18-20 must be included in the logistics planning.
