Germany - Architectural and engineering services and planning-related services

Description

With lot 1 the following planning services are awarded:- object planning (IBW) hydraulic engineering according to HOAI § 43 LP 5-7,- media technology development according to HOAI § 43 LP 5-7,- planning jetty according to HOAI § 43 LP 3-7.Special services:- examination of the existing documents for the object planning of hydraulic engineering, media-technical development and to the jetties, - delivery of the provided LV´s to third parties for examination, discussion and revision of the LV's on basis of the input of third parties; as services, which are not covered in the scope of services of the HOAI. The following planning services will be awarded with lot 2:- Open space planning according to HOAI § 39 LP 5-7,- Device for electromobility according to HOAI § 39 LP 1 -3.Special services:- Examination of the existing open space planning,- Examination and evaluation of municipal statements,- Handing over of the LV´s to third parties for examination, discussion and revision of the LV's on the basis of the input from third parties, as services which are not included in the scope of services of the HOAI. With lot 3, the following planning services will be awarded for LP 8 and LP 9:- open space planning in accordance with HOAI § 39,- object planning for hydraulic engineering (engineering structure) in accordance with § 43 HOAI,- media technology development in accordance with § 43 HOAI,- planning for jetties in accordance with HOAI § 43.Special Services:- Participation in LP 6: Testing of the LV´s,- Cost control,- Processing of Supplements,- Preparation of Building Book,- Local Construction Supervision,- External Supervision,- Supervision of Steel Construction,- Supervision of Corrosion Protection,- Engineering Control of Structure,- Supervision of Remedy of Defects,- Construction Inspection/Supervision of Stability,- Supervision of Development/Maintenance.
