Description
The object of procurement is the awarding of the necessary basic services for work phases 1 to 8 in accordance with Part 3, Object Planning, Section 1, § 34 HOAI (Building and Interior Services) for the new construction of the relocation/extension building on the school grounds of the Georg-Kerschensteiner-Berufsbildungszentrum Berufsbildende Schule Technik 1/2 - Naturwissenschaften, Franz-Zang-Straße 3-7, 67059 Ludwigshafen, which is required as part of the fire protection refurbishment and a space requirements comparison.The scope of the overall measure to be implemented as part of the contract in terms of planning and construction supervision essentially comprises the implementation of the conceptual space programme, including the construction of a four- to five-storey extension building (all floors accessible above ground and barrier-free, gross floor area (GFA) according to the current concept = approx. 6 460 m2), equipped with computer laboratories, laboratories for electrical engineering, metal technology, information technology and natural sciences, workshops for civil engineering, electrical engineering and colour technology, general classrooms, library/media centre, conference rooms, lounges for pupils and teachers, offices, doctor's rooms, secretariat, social and copying room, cleaning rooms, storerooms and associated sanitary facilities,- the installation of the necessary technical equipment,- the equipment with the appropriate equipment in each case.After the cost assumption, the manufacturing costs without value added tax - without the cost group (KG)500 (according to DIN 276) - amount to approx. 10,415,000 EUR, of which approx. 85,000 EUR is accounted for by KG 200, approx. 7,480,000 EUR by KG 300, approx. 2,350,000 EUR by KG 400 and approx. 600 EUR by KG 600. The client initially intends to award the basic services for work phases 1 to 3 in accordance with Part 3, Project Planning, Section 1, Section 34 HOAI (Building and Interior Services Code) for the planning and structural implementation of the measure. Work phases 4 to 8 are optionally commissioned by individual written order in accordance with the agreed contractual conditions. The object of procurement is the awarding of the required basic services of work phases 1 to 8 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, Section 55 HOAI (Technical Equipment Specifications) for plant groups 1 to 3, 7 and 8 in accordance with § 53 (2) HOAI for the new construction of the relocation / extension building on the school grounds of the Georg-Kerschensteiner-Berufsbildungszentrum Berufsbildende Schule Technik1 / 2 - Naturwissenschaften, Franz-Zang-Straße 3-7, 67059 Ludwigshafen, Germany, required as part of the fire protection refurbishment and a space requirement comparison.The scope of the overall measure to be planned comprises the following plant groups:Plant group 1: Waste water, water and gas plantsComprising waste water plants,- water plants,- gas plants.Plant group 2: Heat supply plantsComprising heat distribution networks: including the connection of a new local heat pipe from the house connection room of the new building to the existing local heat connection of the sports hall,- room heating surfaces.System group 3: Ventilation systemsComprising ventilation systems.system group 7: Usage-specific systemsComprising media supply systems,- Laboratory systems,- Fire extinguishing systems.system group 8: Building automationComprising automation systems: Installation of a new DDC system for the control of the building's HVAC systems, which is to be connected to the higher-level control centre of the local energy supply company (system operated in contracting).After cost acceptance, the manufacturing costs excluding value-added tax (cost groups 410 to 430.470 and 480 according to DIN 276-1:2008-12) for the project amount to approximately EUR 1,731,000.00 plus the costs of KG 540 for the supply and disposal lines to connect the media of plant groups 1 and 2 to the respective inventory to be determined within the framework of the planning. Of this amount, approximately EUR 260,000 is attributable to the cost group (KG) 410 (in accordance with DIN 276), approximately EUR 320,000 to the KG 420, approximately EUR 165,000 to the KG 430, approximately EUR 890,000 to the KG 470 and approximately EUR 96,000 to the KG 480. The client initially intends to award the basic services of work phases 1 to 3 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, § 55 HOAI (technical equipment scope of services) for the planning and structural implementation of plant groups 1 to 3 as well as 7 and 8 in accordance with § 53 (2) HOAI of the measure. The service phases4 to 8 are optionally commissioned by written individual order in accordance with the agreed contractual conditions. The client initially intends to award the basic services for work phases 1 to 3 in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, § 55 HOAI (technical equipment performance schedule) for the planning and structural implementation of plant groups 4 and 5 in accordance with § 53 (2) HOAI of the measure. Work phases 4 to 8 are optionally commissioned by individual written order in accordance with the agreed contractual conditions.
