The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District, in conjunction with the Israeli MOD intend to be hold an Industry Day to present the Israel Foreign Military Sales (FMS) - Construction Program. Presentations will be provided on future USACE Israel FMS construction Best Value contracts, the current FY15 Israel Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) and the future Israel MATOC(s).

The objective of the industry day is to provide information to interested United States construction contractors and architect engineer firms on the general scope of USACE design build and design bid build projects within Israel; typical infrastructure and facilities being procured; potential repair, maintenance and construction opportunities to support MOD facilities in Israel; as well as information on the solicitation and proposal process for best value and the future MATOC(s). All briefings will be presented in English with no translations.
Currently the Israel FMS Construction Program has $421,000,000 in on-going construction projects and $744M in future projects. The Program projects six (6) to ten (10) Best Value acquisitions ranging from $15M to $250M and approximately twenty-five (25) $1M to $15M additional task orders on the Israel MATOC(s) over the next 2 years.
The FY15 Israel MATOC is a $249.5M construction IDIQ with a base year ($49.9M) and four (4) option years ($49.9M each). Six (6) contracts were awarded on 18 Jun 2015 and four (4) additional contracts were awarded during the On-Ramp process in 2018. The contracts are currently in Option Year 3 with last Option Year number 4 to be exercised in Jun 2019. The current remaining contract value is $85M. The number of current active contracts is six (6).
The New York City Industry Day will be held on 19 June 2019 at 26 Federal Plaza, New York City, N.Y. 10728.

Building Entrance will be on Duane St - East Entrance. Attendees are advised to allow for extra time for admission as this is a federal facility with security.
• All attendees should have two forms of photo identification for entrance to the building.
A Second Industry Day will be held in Tel Aviv at a date, time and location yet to be determined. An amendment to this Special Notice will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS when the details are finalized.
The Israel event will provide US firms an opportunity to meet Israeli firms that are potential subcontractors or suppliers.
The Tel Aviv Industry Day will be an unclassified no cost event.

Registration e-mail must include the company name; names, daytime telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of all attendees, and a reason for attending/suggested topics. All requests must be made in English. Telephone requests will not be accepted under any circumstance. Deadline for registration for New York City is 14 June 2019.

Registered participants are encouraged to provide comments, in addition to any suggestions provided during the registration process. The source of comments will remain anonymous, and may be addressed during the comment/discussion portion of each Industry Day event. Please send all comments by e-mail to Mr. Swint and Major Wickliffe no later than 14 June 2019. Although additional comments will be welcomed during the event, e-mail requests beyond the due date may not be accepted. Telephone requests will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Neither the U.S. Government nor the Israeli MOD will be conducting one-on-one discussions. This announcement is not a contract solicitation, request for proposal of any sort, a promise to issue any future contract, or a commitment to offer work of any kind on the part of the US Government. The US Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee for marketing efforts.
