Description

- Provide technical and legal advice in the processing of regularizations and new water use rights to the families and organizations benefiting from this bid.
- Request new water use rights, which are necessary to be used by families, communities or other indigenous organizations belonging to the Los Lagos Region, as determined by CONADI, in accordance with what is established in these terms and conditions.
- Regularize the water use rights that have been used ancestrally or are currently used by individuals, communities or other indigenous organizations belonging to the Los Lagos Region, as determined by CONADI, in accordance with what is established in these bases.
- The deed and registration of water rights resolved by the DGA, processed by CONADI, for indigenous persons or communities belonging to the Los Lagos Region, as determined by CONADI, in accordance with what is established in these bases.
