RATP's IT department is faced with internal requests for changes in planning and simulation practices that are no longer being met by "traditional" tools, particularly Excel. The purpose of these requests is:- the industrialisation and sustainability of the business process,- the relevance of results and the sharing of information between departments,- the historisation of modifications and evolutions,- versioning and version comparison,- the validation workflow,- etc. In the era of digital transformation of the company, the permeability of Excel and the lack of interoperability between applications offer neither visibility on the progress of business chains, nor the security of data and business processes. In addition, the multiplication of Excel files and different data sources leads to data entry errors, communication errors and a lack of readability of the data used between the different departments. the vectors of these requests are to be able to develop and deploy by the business in real time for all departments, more varied subjects, with less stringent IS constraints. this evolution results, beyond processes, in new business-oriented tools allowing simple but also more complex scenarios to be compared on simulations. For example, the payroll/recruitment of machinists, in order to develop the group's medium-term policy, RATP therefore wishes to acquire a planning and simulation solution in SAAS mode, while the framework agreement on orders with a minimum and maximum amount concerns the provision of a planning and simulation solution in SAAS mode. The services included in the scope of the contract are described below:- minimum amount benefits:- access to the application service for 82 users and 3 administrators for a period of 24 months,- maximum amount benefits:- minimum amount benefits,- access to the application service for 82 users and 3 administrators for a period of 48 months,- extension of the application service for a maximum of 129 additional users and 26 additional administrators for a maximum period of 72 months,- associated services for a maximum amount of EUR 200 000,-- reversibility.
